Their pride in craftsmanship awarded THLs a WZZO Backyard Band Competition victory, a first runner up nod in Pulse Weekly's Best Original Band Poll, and the privilege of being a twice-selected performer at the annual Millennium Music Conference and Dewey Beach Pop Festival. THLs have also been featured in numerous newspaper and website articles as well as live television and radio performances. THLs relentlessly take it to the streets with weekly performances in New York City, Philadelphia, and throughout the entire Mid-Atlantic region. The group's line-up is the combustible combination of kindred creative spirits. Kyle Campbell contributes thoughtful lyrics, honest vocals, and steady rhythm guitar, while John Timko, the resident heartthrob, shreds on guitar and provides picturesque backing vocals. Bassist Leon Wasielewski flails, jumps and thrashes unlike any bass player alive and Travis Turner holds it all together with immensely creative, trigger precision drumming.
